All encouraging practices center around the students at the focal point of learning. Educators settle on conscious decisions with respect to students' interests and needs and the importance of what is to be contemplated. The point of these training rehearses is for students to create autonomous learning and aptitudes. Instructors should assist their understudies with becoming progressively free. Despite having cultural diversity, I've learned more about cultural sensitivity.

Each profession has a time of apprenticeship. Teaching profession  as an honorable  calling has a time of apprenticeship known as showing practice which is out to help the eventual educators progress toward becoming experts for National Development Teaching. Practice Curriculum deals with parts of National Development and for ASEAN integration.

The objectives of teaching practice in SEAMEO program and national development includes the following:

1. To student teachers instructors create inspirational frame of mind towards the educating calling. 

2. To open student teachers to genuine classroom encounters under the supervision of proficient instructor. 

3. To give a discussion to student teachers to interpret instructive speculations and standards in 

to rehearse. 

4. To acquaint student teachers with school condition from a different country. 

5. To give student teachers the vital aptitudes fitness, individual attributes and encounters for full time educating after graduation.
